SALTY BISCUITS

RosoGolla is a Bangladeshi syrupy dessert popular in the country and regions with South Asian diaspora. It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of cheese and semolina dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar. This is done until the syrup permeates the dumplings.

Khzza is a traditional Indian dessert consisting of flour, sugar, and ghee-based dough that is deep-fried in oil until golden and crispy.
